Fundraise for Noah’s Story

Fundraising is one of the most personal ways to support our work - and for many people it is also an act of remembrance. However large or small your idea, you are very welcome here.

Why it matters

Fundraising carries Noah’s legacy forward

Noah’s Story Charity was founded by Noah’s parents, Corrina and Johnny McAleese, in the determination that Noah’s life and legacy would continue to make a meaningful difference. Community fundraising is one of the ways that work is made possible.

Funds raised support what we do today - the four Good Grief Kits, practical bereavement resources grounded in Continuing Bonds Theory, and the Infinity Room at Causeway Hospital, a dedicated therapeutic and reflective space and a cornerstone of our work. Fundraising also helps us work towards our 2027–2031 ambitions: bringing Good Grief Kits to more families through GP practices, and developing grief-informed support in schools, sports clubs and additional Infinity Spaces across Northern Ireland.

Whatever you choose to do, and whatever it raises, it helps love, memory and connection continue - and it means a great deal to us.

Who can fundraise

Everyone is welcome to take part

There is no right way to fundraise for Noah's Story, and no idea is too small. If you would like to raise funds for our work, however that looks for you, we would love to hear from you.

  • Individuals and families

A walk somewhere that matters to you, a coffee morning, a birthday given over to giving. Many people fundraise in memory of someone they love, and we hold that with the care it deserves.

  • Community groups

Choirs, congregations, associations and local groups - if the people around you would like to come together for bereaved families in Northern Ireland, we would be glad to help you shape the idea.

  • Schools

A non-uniform day, a creative project, a sponsored read. Schools hold a special place in children's lives, and we would be delighted to hear what your school community has in mind.

  • Workplaces

A team challenge, a dress-down day, or choosing Noah's Story as a cause your workplace supports - every workplace idea is welcome, big or small.

  • Clubs and teams

Sport and shared interests bring people together, and clubs are often at the heart of their communities. If your club or team would like to fundraise for us, you would be very welcome.

How we can help

You will not be planning it alone

Every fundraising idea starts with a conversation. Tell us what you have in mind - a finished plan or the first spark of an idea - and we will do our best to help you make it happen.

  • We can answer your questions about the charity and about where the funds you raise will go.
  • We can help you tell our story accurately - what the Good Grief Kits are, what the Infinity Room at Causeway Hospital offers, and what we hope to build between 2027 and 2031 - so your fundraising describes our work sensitively and truthfully.
  • We will take care with remembrance. If you are fundraising in memory of someone who has died, tell us as much or as little as feels right. We understand how much these occasions can carry.

When you are ready, use the form below to tell us about your idea, and we will be in touch.
